Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy and delivery. These 4-week series create focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs.
Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful and supportive environment for expectant mothers and offers a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced students.
FAMILY & COMUNITY YOGA
Family Yoga classes are taught in a light-hearted manner - blending yoga poses, music, games, and magical meditations into an inspiring thematic yoga class. These classes include introspective themes such as balance, strength and self awareness. Practicing yoga as a family encourages deeper relationships, mindful shared experiences, and a healthy lifestyle.
